1. Who we are

Readyby is provided by [company name], [registered address], Poland, registered under [KRS/NIP] ("we"). These terms apply between us and the business that creates a Readyby account ("you").

2. The service

Readyby helps you coordinate cleanings of short-term rental properties: it reads your booking calendars, plans cleanings, messages your cleaners and produces reports and exports. Readyby is a coordination tool. You remain responsible for your cleaning work, your staff and contractors, and your obligations to guests and property owners.

3. Your account

• You must be a business and at least 18 years old.
• Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for actions taken in your account.
• Information you give us must be accurate, including tax details for invoicing.

4. Plans, trial and payment

• New accounts get a 14-day trial of the Pro plan without a card. Afterwards you choose a paid plan or continue on the free plan.
• Paid plans are charged per active property per month, as shown on the pricing page. A property is active in a month if it had at least one cleaning.
• If a payment fails, we retry it and notify you. If it still fails, your account becomes read-only; cleanings that are already scheduled continue for 7 days.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Readyby to send spam, to message people who have not agreed to receive messages from you, or for anything unlawful. The AI coordinator only discusses cleanings; messaging platforms' policies (for example WhatsApp Business) apply.

6. Access codes and photos

You decide which access codes and photos you store in Readyby. We encrypt access codes and log every reveal. [Responsibility and insurance for stored access codes and photos taken inside properties are open questions to be settled with counsel.]

7. Your data

You own the data you put into Readyby. We process personal data on your behalf under the data processing agreement. You can export your data and close your account at any time.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change the service; material changes to these terms are announced at least 30 days in advance.

9. Liability

10. Termination

You can cancel at any time; paid periods are not refunded unless the law requires it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

11. Law and disputes
