Getting started
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes. Paste your calendar links, check the apartments Readyby found, add your cleaners and set a few rules. Every step can be skipped and finished later.
Which booking platforms work with Readyby?
Any platform that gives you an iCal link: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google Calendar and most channel managers. Direct connections to Smoobu, IdoBooking, Hostaway and Guesty are on the way. See integrations.
Do I need to call anyone to start?
No. You can sign up, try Readyby for 14 days on the Pro plan and run your first cleaning without talking to us. If you prefer a guided start, book a demo.
Cleaners and messages
Do my cleaners need to install an app?
No. They receive messages in WhatsApp and open their checklist in the browser with a personal link. It works on any phone.
What language does the AI use with my cleaners?
Each cleaner's own language. You write in yours; Readyby translates both ways. Ukrainian, Polish, Russian and English are available now, with more languages coming.
What can the AI coordinator do on its own?
It sends plans, asks for confirmation, reminds, moves a cleaning within the allowed window and collects problem reports. It never makes promises outside that and sends anything unusual to you as a decision.
Pricing and billing
What is an active apartment?
An apartment that had at least one cleaning in the month. Apartments without cleanings in a month cost nothing, which suits seasonal businesses.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Up to two apartments are free forever, with calendars, the schedule, checklists and the AI coordinator on our shared number.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, yearly billing is 20 % cheaper per apartment. You can switch plans at any time.
Data and security
Do you store guest data?
Only check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests and the booking source. Never guest names, emails or phone numbers.
How are access codes protected?
Codes are encrypted. A cleaner sees a code only for the cleaning she is assigned to, and every reveal is logged.
